Oft kann das Profilwalzen einen Schneid- und Biegeprozess ersetzen.\nIn einigen F\u00e4llen kann eine kleinere Serie aber auch dann rentabel sein, wenn eine komplizierte Bearbeitung im Process erforderlich ist.\nIn unserem Werk haben wir moderne und sehr fortschrittliche Profilwalzlinien, wo vor- und nachstanzen  ein Teil des Profilwalzprozesses ist mit anschliesender Abk\u00fcrzung nach Mass. Abk\u00fcrzung auf feste L\u00e4ngen ist m\u00f6glich. In einigen F\u00e4llen ist das Verpacken \/ Verpacken mit unserer Roboterzelle Teil des gleichen Prozesses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Wir haben umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Profilwalzen in Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium. Das Material hat auch eine hohe Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und eine hohe W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit. Gleichzeitig ist es einfach zu verarbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rostfrei Wird verwendet, wenn besonders die Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit ein\nwesentlicher Faktor ist, auch in sehr aggressiven m\u00fcssen.\nZum weiteren Schutz der Oberfl\u00e4che kann das vorbeschichtete Material auch mit einer Folie versehen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die mit Abstand gr\u00f6\u00dfte Menge Stahl, die wir class=\"pf-tabs-text\">\n<h5>Prozesse auf der Walzlinie<\/h5>\n<p>Profilform verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber sehr fortschrittliche Prozesslinien, in denen sowohl vor- als auch nachstanzen m\u00f6glich sind. Es bietet die einmalige Gelegenheit, sehr komplizierte Artikel mit kleinen Toleranzen herzustellen. Die Profile k\u00f6nnen danach im gleichen Verfahren auf feste L\u00e4ngen gek\u00fcrzt werden, was in gewissen F\u00e4llen den Abfall reduzieren kann.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Das Verpacken und Verpackung auf der Walzinie wird zu einem immer wichtigeren Prozess, um die interne Handhabung zu vermeiden. Wir entwickeln diesen Prozess daher nach Bedarf.
